DESCRIPTION

The Baltic Cold Plunge therapy tub can be used with our electric chiller unit or you can keep the water cold by adding ice into the water as needed. This Canadian made cold therapy barrel completes the saunas in our Canadian Timber Collection made with Eastern White Cedar and is shipped assembled and ready to use. The tub is made with a plastic HDPE liner and stainless steel bands on the outside and will hold 132 gallons (501 litres) of water, upgrade the cold tub with our optional accessories.

  • We have a minimum order of $250. Orders for accessories only are subject to high tariffs and import charges that often exceed the cost of the product.

Delivery Information for Dundalk Leisurecraft Products

For crates longer than 92 inches, please note:

  • The delivery truck will not have a liftgate.
  • You, the customer, are responsible for unloading the crate.

You have two options for receiving your order:

1. Home Delivery

  • Rent or arrange equipment (such as a forklift) to safely unload the crate when it arrives at your home.

2. Pick Up at the Local Delivery Terminal

  • Many customers choose this option since it avoids the need for heavy equipment.

  • The carrier will call once your crate arrives at the terminal (usually within 10 miles of your location). Let them know you’d like to pick it up yourself.

  • At the terminal, you can unload the crate piece by piece directly from the truck.

  • For transport, consider renting a van, pickup truck, or larger vehicle from providers like U-Haul or Home Depot (no special license required).

WARRANTY

The Polar Plunge Cold Tub by LeisureCraft Inc. is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 5 year warranty.
